As it has been passed on to our new generation from our forefathers, the Ghapama is an Armenian stuffed pumpkin dish often prepared during Holiday season. With the Thanksgiving season approaching, let’s get together and celebrate our Armenian traditions and culture in all its beauty with singing the catching song “Hey Jan, Ghapama!”
